![]() ![]() In the midst of the fighting game boom, the company wanted something with an immediate turnaround, and that’s where you came up with the idea of “versus shooting”. I wanted to be a game designer, so I submitted the proposal that formed the basis for Twinkle Star Sprites. At the time, ADK was making fighting games like World Heroes, but because fighting games were expensive and time-consuming projects, the company held a competition in order to devise a small project that could be produced very quickly.
